4.3 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Automatic renewal unless canceled
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
- Payments processed securely through Stripe
4.4 Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your payment, no questions asked. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
5. User Content
5.1 Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload (item information, receipts, photos). By using the Service, you grant us a license to:
- Store and process your data to provide the Service
- Use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and improvements
- Display your data back to you across devices

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service integrates with third-party services (barcode databases, OCR providers). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or terms of service.
